Whilst modern medicine provides a strong and effective antidote for many symptoms, by using natural Aloe and Bee products you can combat the symptoms and the source of the problem without the side effects that some modern medicines can inhibit. Or, where modern treatment can often be the only cure, Aloe Vera can often help reduce the unwelcome side effects that those powerful drugs can introduce. Since our natural Aloe and Bee products can be taken through the long term, they continue to help build up the immune system prior to any injury or ailment, thus enabling greater recovery to be undertaken immediately, and help reduce the effects of allergies. Ulcers too can be prevented from occurring in the first place, which of course is more beneficial compared to treating them once they appear!

Aloe Vera helps reduce the effects from:

There are over 200 types of Aloe Vera, where there are believed to be only 5 real variants of the Aloe plant that provide true medical benefits, and whilst the vast majority remain non-toxic, there are some varieties that are poisonous.

The use of Aloe Vera was first documented for medicinal purposes by the Egyptians in 1500 B.C, who used it to treat burns, infections and to remove parasites. They developed hundreds of recipes for its use, including beauty treatment used by Cleopatra. Both Celsus (30 A.D. Roman doctor) and Dioscorides (65 A.D. Greek botanist and pharmacist) highlighted the important use of Aloe Vera within their countries. Alexandra the Great discovered the abundancy of Aloe Vera when conquering the Socrota island, which he used to help heal his soldiers after battle.

Just like the internal tissue of any fruit, it oxidises quickly when in contact with the air (e.g. like the discolouration of a banana after being left peeled for 30 mins).

In order for Aloe Vera to be truly effective it too must remain in its original state after being sourced, either by being used soon afterwards or by having its gel stabilised in some way for later use. Be sure to only use Aloe Vera products endorsed by the Aloe Science Council for treatment, as they will only indicate Aloe that it is still of high quality after it has been cultivated, shipped and stored.

Forever Living Products (FLP) has a patented method of stabilising the Aloe Vera Gel as soon as it’s cultivated, ensuring that the Aloe gel retains its high quality and is as effective as possible. Furthermore, since only the fillet (the inside) of the leaf that contains the gel is used in obtaining Aloe Vera gel you can be sure you are obtaining the best part of the plant. Other Aloe Vera manufacturers use the skin as well as the inside of the leaf. Although this can be used to claim a higher percentage of Aloe Vera in an overall product and saves on manufacturing costs, it provides little overall benefit and can reduce the quality of the Aloe being sold to the consumer. Anyway, you wouldn’t want to eat a whole banana (skin included) would you? For more information on FLP, click on the FLP logo below.

Aloe is a natural healer that balances the immune system and acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. Favoured by people with arthritis, skin complaints and digestive / bowel disorders. Use as a daily nutritional tonic for better health and well being. It also helps the body absorb medicine, vitamins, minerals etc. more effectively, improving overall performance.

The doctors of the future will not give drugs but will interest their patients to take care of their body, their mode, the causes and the prevention of the diseases.

Above shows pictures of the aloe vera plant being hand cultivated and processed through FLPs processing methods, ensuring that only the best quality aloe is used in their range of products. Below is a typical comparison of our aloe cultivation process compared to the alternative, mainstream method.

Forever Living Aloe

  1. The plants are organically grown using no pesticides or herbicides
  2. Plants are cultivated and processed by hand, ensuring only suitable leaves are used
  3. Leaves are quickly passed to an onsite processing plant to ensure the aloe remains ripe
  4. Leaves are washed and hand filleted to remove unwanted sap and aloin
  5. The product is not filtered or concentrated
  6. Through using a patented method of stabilisation through naturally sourced stabilisers and antioxidants, the aloe is preserved

Alternative whole leaf method

  1. The plants are not always organically grown
  2. A machine harvests all the plants
  3. They are stored and transported to a larger factory, hence the aloe is typically not as fresh on arrival
  4. All the plants are crushed and pulped
  5. The product is fine filtered to efficiently remove the aloin, but this may remove other unknown beneficial substances. The product is then concentrated for later dilution
  6. Heat treatment and chemical additives are used to stabilise the product
